The location is particularly good and ideal, 2 miles from Church Alive. Beautiful, brand-new room complete with 2 queen beds and a gorgeous bathroom, as example.

Recently renovated hotel, I had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were professional and genuinely helpful. The room was brand-new and with a gorgeous bathroom, 2 double beds. The property had indeed a comfy location close to everything.

The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable and the location was easy close to everything. It was also close enough to the Roxie theater, and many restaurants.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The hotel facilities, such as the breakfast room and lobby, were large and accommodating for multiple guests. We never had to fight for a table. The fresh and flavorful coffee available 24/7 was a nice perk, as were the limited but delicious evening cookies. The staff, including the night manager, was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We also appreciated the pet-friendly policy and the small treat bag they provided for our dog. The location was perfect, as it was situated in between Cantera, San Marcos, and Downtown, putting us within minutes of the best parts of the San Antonio area.

Well-maintained low cost hotel with decent value, we had a nice stay. This was a great and perfect location so close to San Antonio for a hockey tournament, great resturants and shopping centers. Furthermore, near many stores and restaurants.

The staff were professional and took care of me. The location was comfortable and easy for exploring San Antonio. North San Antonio - SAT district was worth exploring. Everything was amazing, my next choice again in San Antonio.

The staff at this hotel are incredibly accommodating. The rooms are brand-new and cool with two double beds. The breakfast offers healthier drink options and sausage. The bathroom is gorgeous. The check-in process is easy, and the service is good overall. The hotel has a nice pool for relaxation. The location is ideal, close to the river walk, airport, movie theater, stores.

The breakfast was good. The beds were comfortable.

It was not as nice as other Hampton Inns. It looked old, esp. The bathroom. It was very loud. People were banging on doors and running up and down the halls. But that is not Hampton's problem.

The hotel is extremely convenient and located in a beautiful area. Easy access to restaurants, north San Antonio, and surrounding businesses. The breakfast served was above average, offering a variety of options including green juice and healthier drinks. The property's ideal location made the stay really nice.

Staff was indifferent and did not seem to work as a team. Staff was not customer-oriented but more focused on their individual responsibilities and customers got in their way. This was true at the front desk--all three shifts, in the dining room. Location, while in a great part of town, was difficult to get into and out of. Facilities appeared to be maintained but not at the usual Hampton level. While I would prefer to stay in this area, next time I will stay at the Hampton Inn at 1604 and I35 instead, and drive to this area for my visit.
